It is the policy of this office to collect all copyament and deductables at the time of service. We do accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
We do accept new patients through self referral or referral through your physician. We do ask that you fill out the new patient packet of informatoin and email it to us as [email protected] , or mail it to us. Most new patient appointments are seen with a few days, or even the day of, the request. Of course, this depends on the nature and emergent nature of the problem.
